In the south, most of the major crime is run under one crime syndicate known as The Faction. They control everything from the drugs to the gambling in most southern major cites. Run by three main bosses, The Faction is known for  being the most ruthless organization in the United States.

As times have evolved, The Faction Bosses are starting to realize that more and more, women are becoming a factor in their crime syndicate. Today, more women are making in up through the ranks, so much in fact, that the bosses are considering having a woman boss for the first time in Faction history.

To be a Faction Boss, you must have the respect of your peers. To be Faction Boss, you must be ruthless and willing to kill on the spot. To be a Faction Boss, you must be smart, and always a step ahead of the rest. Currently in The Faction, there is only one woman who possesses all these traits and more. That woman is Sharice, and this is her diary...
