Sharice - The main character of the series. Sharice is Faction Associate who is on her way to the top of the pyramid. Her father left her at 6, and her mother died a few years later. While living with her aunt, she was typically raised by the mean streets of New Orleans, and finding out she has a lust for power. Although very intelligent, she decides to put her Faction life first, and her goal is to become Faction boss. Due to the fact she’s a woman, she’s had to work extra hard to get to where she’s at now. Being very attractive, it’s hard for her enemies and associates to take her seriously. So, with the help from Larry “The Bull”, and Connie, she’s intent on everybody finally respecting her, and willing to do what ever it takes to make her move to Boss.
Jerome - Jerome is the unexpected twist in Sharice’s life. Around everyone, Sharice is a hardened, stone cold criminal. Around Jerome, however, she’s just like any other female looking for love. Jerome has that affect on Sharice as her first love, which is why Sharice tries to distant himself from her. Jerome met Sharice in highschool, and the two of them have been hustling ever since then. Once Sharice made Captain, she and Jerome rarely saw one another. During that time, Jerome made his way as a drug dealer, and small time hitman. He’s trying to move his way up the ranks as well, which is why, after years of not contact, he contacts Sharice for help. He’s one of the few people that knows a little secret about Sharice that he uses to his full advantage.
Connie - Connie is Sharice’s best friend, and number one soldier. Throughout the years, Sharice and Connie have been there for each other. They met as youngsters, and have had each others backs since then. Sharice loves Connie as a sister, but Connie’s feelings are a bit stronger. Connie is actually attracted to Sharice being that she’s a lesbian, but the feelings aren’t mutual. Connie is reckless, and insubordinate for the most part, but Sharice lets a lot of that slide being that they are good friends. She is one of the most feared Faction members due to her looseness with a gun. Only Larry “The Bull” has a more fierce reputation.
Michelle - Don’t let the cute girl face fool you, Michelle is the next Connie in training. Although she’s young, she just as deadly as her counterparts. Used for hits and other devious tasks, Michelle is able to get close to just about anybody being that she’s relatively unknown in the Faction world. Works for Sharice exclusively.
James - One of Sharice’s trusted bodyguards. James doesn’t say much, but he can strike anytime with one word from Sharice. Although his main duties are watching Sharice, and driving her around, he’s made a decent living as a thief. His targets are normally 18 wheelers, but he’s also a pretty good jewel thief as well.
Larry “The Bull” - This Italian hitman grew up in Jersey, and worked as a hitman for the mob. After getting a call from his uncle, who was a Faction member, he relocated to New Orleans to work as a hitman for the Faction. After a while, he was sick of working as a hitman, and decided he wanted to be used for his brains as well as his reputation. Most of the other Faction members just wanted him to work a hitman, but Sharice decided to give him a shot when she started to become a big name. With his reputation, Sharice moved higher in the ranks, so in turn she took Connie and Bull with her as her enforcers. With Sharice trying to become boss, Bull is needed more than ever to make sure Sharice is not messed with. Sharice’s orders usually go through him or Connie.
Tracie - Is one of Sharice’s long time friends. She works for Sharice as a bartender/club operator at Club Exotica. She’s not affiliated with the Faction, but she’s a focal point when it comes to Sharice’s personal life, as she’s only one Sharice knows, that will tell it like it is. Tracie met Sharice, Connie, and Lavina in highschool. They were an inseparable group. Where Connie and Sharice decided to become Faction associates, Tracie along with Lavina decided to live honest lives. Tracie knows about the things that Connie and Sharice are known for, but keeps her feelings to herself. Sharice constantly asks Tracie to join her, but Tracy is satisfied running the club for Sharice.
Lavina - The final of the foursome. Lavina is openly gay, and has no problems showing it. Like Tracie, Lavina decided to live her life honestly and not get involved with anything Faction related. She owns her own massage parlor, which Sharice helped finance, and pretty much spends her entire day there. Sharice normally stops by weekly to get a massage from her friend. The loudest of the bunch, Lavina is always known for letting her mouth get her in trouble. Most of the conflicts that the foursome had when they were young was because of Lavina. She loves to talk, and gossip about everybody, and everything. Sharice spent a lot of time with Lavina and her mother to the point where she call Lavina’s mother mom. Lavina and her mother are the closest thing to family that Sharice has.

Johnny Boy - One of the original Italians who came from Jersey Johnny Boy resides in Atlanta these days as one of the Factions current bosses. Facing a 70 year prison sentence with his RICO trial, Sharice organized the plan that took out the Feds key witness. Johnny, being forever in her debt, is the main boss pushing for Sharice’s Boss bid. Not as flashy as the other two bosses, John likes to keep a low profile. He’s married with 3 kids, but due to domestic issues, he’s temporarily living in a penthouse at an upscale hotel.
Rico - Don’t let his size fool you, Rico is one of the most ruthless criminals in Faction history. The 2nd of 3 bosses, Rico is a more aggressive style boss taking what he wants, when he wants. He’s usually the voice of reason when it comes to the other two bosses. Due to his aggressive style, the feds are putting together a case against him rather quickly, which is causing a lot of his funds to dry up quick. He’s the leader behind the move to Houston, and has promised Sharice his vote for her to become boss, if she takes care of the move for him. Rico currently resides in Miami.
"Money" Mike - .The youngest of the three bosses, Money Mike is the more flash of the three bosses. He rides around in a limo constantly, spends money like water, and has a huge house in New Orleans. He is the boss that Sharice reports to officially, and he’s also her biggest opponent with her becoming boss. Mike believes no woman should be boss. He also would loose out on a lot of money if Sharice would become boss, because Sharice is his biggest earner. He is willing to vote for Sharice despite all that, if Sharice is willing to sleep with him. Although she works under him, Sharice has no love for Money at all. She’s disgusted with him for always treating her like a piece of meat, and would rather work for the other 2 bosses.
Dre - Dre is a local drug dealer who gets into a conflict with Sharice and the Faction. An up and coming drug dealer, Dre decides he wants to take back what he feels if his territory from the Faction. With his cousin, Lil D, he is a constant thorn in Sharice’s side.
Lil D - Lil D Works for his cousin Dre. Lil D may not be the smartest person in the world, but he usually gets the job done. Working as a corner man, and hitman by request, Lil D is loyal to his cousin, who does nothing but order him around like a toy soldier.
Agent Daniels - One of the Feds assigned to taking the Faction down. He’s normally partnered with Agent Davis. He’s normally the hothead of the two, but he will not rest until he brings Sharice and the Faction down.
Agent Davis - Another Fed who is assigned to working to take the Faction out. Him and Daniels are the departments main group investigating all Faction activities. He’s the more level headed fed, and normally is the “good” cop.
Season 1B Additions

Rock—Rock owns the Houston Drug trade. As expected, he puts up quite a struggle when the Faction tries to move into his territory. When it’s Sharice’s turn to negotiate, he grows to respect her as she is the first Faction member not to go head on with him. In order to gain control of Houston, The Faction will need to go through him.
Double R—One of two of Rock’s right hand men. Rock rarely makes any moves with out this trusted associate. Normally rarely seen in public without Rock. He’s more than just muscle, he’s a strategist similar to Bull. However, when a message needs to be sent, Double R is normally the one who carries it out.
Troy—Rock’s second right hand man. Troy is normally the mouth of Rock. Whenever Rock gives a command, Troy relays it. Works with Double R on a lot of special assignments. He’s the point man that handles the payroll and making sure that payoffs reach the right hands.
Theo—Theo is Michelle’s boyfriend. He’s not Faction related, nor does he know what Michelle really does for a living. He believes she’s just a area manager for a couple of local grocery stores. He begins to question her on her long and late hours.
