Tracy - Tracy is Chris's coworker at the start of this tale. She's always been attracted to Chris, but always kept their relationship professional. In one moment of weakness, she has a one night stand with Chris figuring she would never see him again. She's married to James.

Chris - When Tracy was first hired, Chris took Tracy under his wing teaching her everything he knew. He was always attracted to her, but never made his move. They have a one night stand together, and that seemed to be that. He's in love with Tracy. He's married to Alexis.

Dunbar - Dunbar is the producer of the Team Experiment Reality show. He's being pressured by his bosses to either make the show a hit, or he's out. Once He finds out about Chris and Tracy's affair, he decides to broadcast their affair to the whole world.

Margie - Margie is Dunbar's bright young assistant. She tries to be the one good conscious of the show, and hopes to keep Tracy and Chris's secret just that. However, Dunbar doesn't listen to her, and just continues to bully her with his off the wall decisions. 

Melissa - The host of the Team Experiment Show, She's all about the business. She's an exceptional host, and she does what she's told without any questions, even if she's told to fix an event or two. 

Victoria - Victoria is one of the contestants on the Team Experiment Show. Victoria is sexy, and is a very competitive person by nature, and she will stop at nothing to win the grand prize.

Monica - Monica is one of the contestants on the Team Experiment Show. As a big boned woman, she's not most athletic person in the world, but she tries her hardest in ever competition she's in.

Karen - Karen is one of the contestants on the Team Experiment Show. She's head smart, and an exceptional competitor. Although she has her weaknesses, she still by far the top competitor of the show.

Gerald - Gerald is one of the contestants on the Team Experiment Show. Teamed with Monica, Gerald isn't much of an athlete either, putting their team at risk for early dismissal.

David - David is one of the contestants on the Team Experiment Show. David is a slick one. He's the more strategic type, than the athlete. He's a man of few words.

Mitch - Mitch is one of the contestants on the Team Experiment Show. Mitch is the intellectual type, and a pretty decent athlete. He's not the trusting type.

Alexis - Alexis is married to Chris. Alexis is skeptical about Chris going on the Team Experiment Show at first, but ultimately supports her husbands decision. She has a child with Chris. 

 James - Married to Tracy, James as of late is more worried about what's on TV, than what's going on with his wife. He's a big fan of the Team Experiment Show, and it is him, that signed Tracy up to be a contestant of the show
