how we do it

Our digital printing is done with the Roland SolJet SC-540EX

We can print 52" wide at a resolution of 1440x1440 dpi, on a variety of materials.
You can find some samples in the signs & graphics section.

We do our Screenprinting on a Tuff Javelin automatic press

We use Newman Roller-frames with shur-lock mesh which is exposed on a Hix 1200W unit, which are then registered with the Newman Pin-lock registration system.
The shirts are printed with Rutland inks an dried on a Hix conveyor drier. You can see some samples of our screening in the Screenprinting & Embroidery section.

Sublimation is first printed on our Epson Stylus Pro 4000 Printer and then transferred with our Knight 20S Heat Press

For more information on Sublimation visit our sublimation section.

A Melco EM 10/4T takes care of our Embroidery work

You can see some samples of our embroidery in the Screenprinting & Embroidery section.

All of our plotting is done with 2 Anagraph cutting plotters.
