Here's your chance to give this technique a try! The pattern is free for your personal use, but may not be marketed in any way. Simply print out the pattern and the instructions and make a beautiful Spring Tulip stained glass wall hanging. Approximate size is 9" x 11".

Supplies:
		For stained glass area, 7" x 9" background fabric, fleece or other low loft batting, and muslin for backing.
		Scraps of fabric for tulip and leaves
		Lightweight paper backed fusible, such as Wonder Under TM or HeatnBond TM Lite.
		One package ¼" double fold black bias tape.
		4 mm double needle; the 4mm pertains to the distance between the needles. With this size, you will be sewing on each edge of the bias tape. Zig zag machines that thread from front to back will accomodate a double needle.
		Black thread
		1/8 yd border fabric
		11" x 14" batting and backing
