This is a very personal, inspirational and poignant look at what it has meant to be a quiltmaker. Lecture includes a trunk show of work, from very first quilts to more current pieces. This lecture is appropriate for both quilters and non-quilters and has been very well received.

Stained Glass Quiltmaking
Hear the story of how Fran got started in stained glass quilting. The lecture includes a demonstration of stained glass quiltmaking techniques and a trunk show and stories of many stained glass quilted pieces.

The Judge's Evaluation of Quilts
This presentation would be of interest to quilters who plan on entering competitions, as well as to quilter who simply wish to evaluate and improve their own work. Discussion covers evaluation of workmanship and design, as well as some personal insights on the judging process. Fran shares several of her quilts to reinforce some of the topics discussed.
